In our 100th year, The Past Pupil’s Union is re-launching the Business Lunch, and we are delighted to announce the following:

• The theme of this year’s lunch in Entrepreneurship.

• The inaugural Terenure College PPU Business Person Recognition award will be presented to a past pupil who has excelled in business.

• Tom Lyons (Class of ’98), renowned business journalist and CEO and co-founder of The Currency, will interview the awardee and moderate an insightful panel discussion with Business people with a connection to the school.

An new initiative working with the school to encourage and support students who want to pursue a career in business and develop a connection between the pupils and the Union.

In revitalising the lunch, we are looking to focus more on business with two main aims:

Build on the strong network of business people with connections to the school and proactively develop this network for the benefit of all its members.

Promote business to the pupils in the school and support them in their career endeavours.

The business lunch is a great way to meet with friends, network and have some fun
