For over fifty years, the Carroll name has been synonymous with excellence in Irish Catering. Between 1967 and 1993, John D. Carroll Catering Limited provided services at over fifty locations, with many well-known clients serving in excess of 8,000 meals per day.
Carroll Food Services Limited was then launched in 1994 by Kenneth Carroll , with John D Carroll as Chairman, to continue his family’s tradition of service in this highly specialized sector of the catering industry, and has grown to be one of the largest independent Contract Catering companies in the country.
From initial design to on-going management of Customer’s satisfaction, Carroll Food Services Limited prides itself on providing a complete turn-key solution including commissioning of facilities, planning of menus, food costing, recruitment and management of catering staff, and procurement of the best quality produce, along with food and beverage control.
In 2020, to meet with the particular needs of those working on the frontline and in essential services during the pandemic COVID-19, the Carroll's launched a new delivered meal plan service which creates a tailored plan suited to the individual clients requirements.
